It’s just 5 days until our AGM, and we’ve had a total of one team respond with their representative.
We need 10% of our membership to attend, so that’s approximately 30 people. With 300 kids, I’d say we have around 600 adults that could attend, but we just need 30.
Each team is required to send a representative to the AGM, it really isn’t a long meeting, 15-30 mins, but if we don’t have a quorum, we need to postpone and hold it again.
We understand it’s a busy time of year, as it’s the same for all of our volunteers that keep our club running.
We’d appreciate it if you communicated with your teams and let us know who will be your representative.
